week in review

This weeks video was our travel day to Indonesia, its so crazy that we are this out of sync with actual life but we are glad that we have been able to post consitantly even when we are home!

The travel day was super quick and easy (watch it here)so we even got to spend most of the afternoon walking around Labuan Bajo!

The most exciting thing to happen this week though was that we officially became Aunty and Uncle! Little Matilda is our little burrito and we love her so much I could cry!

next week

This weeks plans are to continue living in our little love bubble with our new neice but we also REALLY need to get planning for America! A few things are starting to fall into place, it looks like after Portland we will have a few days to head up to Seattle. At this point, in an effort to save the budget, we are esentially letting House Sitters decide where we are going and for how long. 🤞

The next video to come out is our Slow Boat Tour where we go to visit the Komodo Islands (where Komodo Dragons live!) and to be honest it wasn't really what we were expecting! I still struggle being 'negative' in any way but do think its important to be honest. You will see in the video we still had an amazing day it just wasn't what we excpected!

behind the scenes

Extra video? - We are still posting weekly at the moment but this week we are planning on dropping an extra video on Thursday(ish)! Partly becuase we have enough videos to cover us being at home and partly because while we are still proud of our first few Indonesia videos, they definitly aren't our strongest. Turns out talking to the camera after a month off can be a bit akwards again!

Patreon - Another exciting (I think) thing to happen is we made a Patreon, this has been a discussion for a while with Jordan and I and he all of a sudden made the account the other day! We won't be pushing that we have this page but it will be linked in descriptions and on our website for those who do want a little bit extra.

Instagram/TikTok - It's only been a week but I'm still lost with these apps. This weeks goal (for instagram) is to post a few things that are 'in line' with the videos! TikTok is still a bit of a wasteland where we both post whatever we want whenever we want so the timeline is all over the place there!
